Calendar of Meeting Times and Places
Town Board Meetings: The regular monthly meeting is held the Third Monday of each month, 7:00 PM at the Town Hall, 720 112th Street.
Plan Comission Meetings: The regular monthly meeting is held the first Monday of each month, 8:00 PM at the Town Hall, 720 112th Street.
Annual Town Meeting: The regular Annual Town Meeting is held at 7:00 PM on the third Tuesday each April at the Town Hall, 720 112th Street.
Caucus: The Caucus for the Town of Warren is held prior to the January Town Board Meeting each year. Nominations for offices up for re-election at the upcoming April election are made and voted upon at this time.
Public Budget Hearing and Town Meeting: The Public Budget Hearing and Town Meeting is held each November prior to the monthly Town Board Meeting. Town residents discuss and vote on the proposed budget for the coming year.
Notices: Notices for all Town of Warren Meetings are published in the Central St. Croix News. Postings are also done at the Roberts Cafe, Roberts Grocery Store and Citizens State Bank.
Roberts/Warren Fire Association: Meetings held the third Wednesday of January, April, July and October.
Board of Review: Meeting is scheduled when Assessor completes the assessment roll. Beginning in May, the Board of Review will meet and adjourn at each town board meeting; until the roll is completed. You are encouraged to contact the assessor if you have concerns regarding your assessment.
To Burn - Call Non-Emergency Dispatch at 715-386-4701
Authorize Residents to call St. Croix County Communication Center & Let Them Know They Will Be Burning – Eliminating Need for Written Burning Permits: The county non-emergency dispatch would accept notification when residents’ burn. They will not provide direction for unauthorized items to burn. The Fire Chief notifies the non-emergency dispatch of any burning bans. Magee would like the information to be on the website. Motion (Hoyer/Magee) put burning information on the website, authorize residents to call the non-emergency dispatch (715-386-4701) to let them know when they will be burning. We no longer require a written burning permit, motion carried.
